"Easy Fix After a Shipping Issue"
My cologne arrived with the box crushed and the cap cracked, so I was definitely annoyed at first. I sent fragrancebuy a quick email with a couple of photos, and they got back to me faster than I expected. The process was really easy too — no drawn-out back and forth or hassle. They explained the options, took care of it, and my replacement showed up in perfect condition. Shipping issues happen, but they made it simple and handled everything really well. 5 stars from me.

I really like fragrancebuy.ca because they have so much stuff I don’t usually come across in regular stores. Designer, niche, cheapies, it’s pretty much all there. I even found a few older bottles I’d been looking for, which was a nice surprise. The site is easy to browse, the selection are what keep me coming back.

I had a small issue with my order confirmation, so I messaged them not expecting much. But, yeah, they got back to me fast and actually explained what was going on in a clear way. "Good deals sometimes, but I still compare prices"
I checked out Fragrancebuy after a friend from work mentioned it, they do have some good deals depending on what you’re looking for. That said, I found a couple perfumes cheaper on other sites, so I wouldn’t just assume it’s always the lowest price. Shipping was totally fine and nothing to complain about. I’d order from them again if the price made sense, but I’d definitely still shop around first.

I got my bottle and checked the batch code right away, and it was actually fresh, so that was nice. Shipping was okay too, nothing amazing but also no real problem. I was a little worried for no reason, but yeah, it all worked out fine.

I ordered from fragrancebuy.ca because the price was so much lower than what I was seeing in local stores, and I’ll admit I was a little skeptical at first. But in my experience, everything checked out, the bottle arrived sealed, the batch code looked good, and the scent lasts just like the one I previously bought from a department store. Personally, I’m happy with it and it seems like the real deal to me.

The box actually showed up in good shape, and the perfume was wrapped really well, so no complaints there. Nothing was damaged, which is obviously what matters most. But the amount of tape was a little ridiculous — I felt like I was wrestling the package just to get it open. Still, everything arrived safely, so I’m happy in the end.

I ordered from Fragrancebuy and felt a little nervous until it arrived, but I’m relieved to say everything was perfect. The box was clean, sealed, and didn’t have any dents or leaks. Once I tried the fragrance, it smelled exactly like it should, which was a big relief too. Happy with the whole experience and had no issues at all.

I’ve used fragrancebuy and it’s been okay overall. The site is kind of hard to describe, but it just feels a little clunky at times. Search works fine enough, though the filters can be annoying and some pages load slower than I’d like. Checkout was smooth once I got to that point. Not a bad experience, I just wish it was easier to browse around.
